Österreichische Rundfunksender GmbH & Co KG is seeking a Program Lead for BIG BLUE MARBLE Labs to shape the future of streaming. You will turn prototypes into real business impact, represent the company at international stages, and build an innovation ecosystem for a streaming platform from the ground up.

You have a technical background and are ready to grow into a coordinating, outward-facing leadership role.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a comparable technical discipline.
A technical foundation with hands-on software development, cloud technologies, and digital platforms.
Willingness to move from coding to coordinating people and representing the company externally.

Aufgaben

Innovation Scouting: identify technologies, solutions, start-ups, and trends relevant to streaming and media tech.
Innovation Lab & PoC Program: lead PoC sprints and coordinate cross-functional teams.
Innovation Ecosystem & Partnerships: represent the lab nationally and internationally and foster collaborations.
Knowledge Transfer & Innovation Communication: publish blogs, papers, and presentations; share knowledge across teams.
