ORS comm GmbH & Co KG seeks a Program Lead for BIG BLUE MARBLE Labs in Vienna. You will scout technologies, coordinate PoC sprints with the Full Stack Development team, and drive external collaborations to shape the streaming platform’s future.

You bring a hands-on technical background with cloud and streaming expertise and are prepared to move into coordination and external-facing leadership. Remote/hybrid work is available.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent.
Hands-on software development background with cloud technologies.
Willingness to shift toward coordinating and external representation.
Fluent English and German at required levels.
Knowledge of streaming and broadcast tech is a plus.

Aufgaben

Innovation scouting: identify technologies, trends, and potential PoCs for streaming platforms.
Lead the PoC program and coordinate sprints with product teams.
Evaluate ideas entering the innovation funnel and initiate new PoCs.
Represent BIG BLUE MARBLE Labs at conferences and in strategic partnerships.
Document PoC outcomes and translate findings into reusable knowledge.
