ZAUNERGROUP Holding GmbH is seeking an Invoice Verification Specialist (all genders) in Wallern an der Trattnach, Austria. The role combines accounting basics with hands-on invoicing tasks in a dynamic finance team.

You will stamp, scan, and register invoices, review entries for accuracy, and ensure compliance with internal policies while maintaining the ERP system. The position offers full-time or part-time options.

Qualifikationen

• Completed commercial education or apprenticeship.
• Several years of relevant professional experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and processes.
• Commitment to continuous professional development, particularly in taxation.

Aufgaben

• Stamping, scanning, and registering or assigning invoices in the system.
• Reviewing and verifying incoming invoices.
• Approving incoming invoices in accordance with internal policies and procedures.
• Maintaining the ERP/IT system and performing filing and document management tasks.
• Resolving discrepancies related to incoming invoices and payment reminders, as well as requesting credit notes or invoice cancellations when necessary.
• Support with invoicing and billing activities.
• Processing international invoices.
