Job summary

Frequentis AG, based in Vienna, is seeking an Integration Engineer for Public Transport to join a Scrum team and drive integration of hardware and software modules. You will develop test cases, analyze requirements, and configure environments for customer needs, ensuring robust test coverage and cross-team collaboration.

Fluency in German and English is essential. The role offers a work-from-home option, Vienna public transport ticket or parking, and ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• HTL/FH/University in CS, networks, electronics or related field.
• 3-5 years in service, system integration or test engineering.
• Strong technical skills, analytical thinking, team player.
• Very good knowledge of German and English.

Responsibilities

• Integrate hardware and software modules and third-party components.
• Develop test cases and verify functionality and compatibility.
• Analyze requirements, set up test environments, and configure per customer needs.
• Perform integration tests and document results, identify and resolve issues in Jira/Jama/Confluence.
• Work in an agile Scrum team and support cross-team colleagues.
• Participate in reviews and provide feedback to improve quality and test coverage.
