Zusammenfassung

Appsierra Group is seeking a Healthcare Administrative Specialist to evaluate AI-driven healthcare operations remotely on an hourly contract. You’ll design complex healthcare scenarios, build supporting records, and author tasks for AI training, applying expert judgment beyond routine processing.

This role targets professionals with deep experience in medical coding, prior authorization, utilization, and revenue cycle operations, including payer portals, EHRs, encoders, and claims

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of recent, hands-on experience in a healthcare administrative or back-office role
• Currently working in a relevant healthcare administrative, operational, payer, coding, revenue cycle, compliance, or related role
• Direct experience with systems and workflows such as payer portals (Availity, Optum/Change Healthcare, Waystar, Office Ally), EHR/practice-management platforms, encoders and computer-assisted coding tools, and claims clearinghouses
• Ability to commit at least 15 hours per week
• Strong written communication and ability to explain complex operational decisions clearly

• Design realistic, complicated healthcare administrative and operational scenarios based on your professional experience
• Build supporting records and documentation needed to make scenarios realistic and complete
• Author healthcare operations tasks for AI training and evaluation
• Review AI-generated work for accuracy, completeness, operational realism, and appropriate judgment
• Evaluate complex exceptions, disputes, workflows, and operational decisions within your area of expertise
• Provide clear reasoning and expert feedback that can be used to improve AI systems
