Jobgether is seeking a Growth Content Lead to steer an end-to-end content growth engine for a crypto/fintech product. You will define the content strategy, brand voice, and oversee SEO, video, social, and technical writing while hands-on writing landing pages, lifecycle emails, product messaging, and PR.

You will drive content metrics, optimize conversions, and shape a scalable, data-driven content operation with a global, remote team.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of experience in content marketing, growth content, product marketing, or editorial strategy.

Aufgaben

• Lead the overall content strategy and operating model across channels such as written content, SEO, video, social, and more.
• Mentor channel specialists and set clear KPIs to drive performance.
• Own the editorial calendar, workflows, and resource allocation across content functions.
• Define a consistent tone of voice across articles, emails, and brand communications.
• Drive content-led growth by monitoring signups, conversions, and CAC.
• develop lifecycle marketing initiatives including email campaigns and onboarding sequences.
• Lead communications for major product launches and partner initiatives.
• Personally write and refine high-impact copy for landing pages, emails, PR, and thought-leadership content.
• Collaborate with SEO, video, social, and design to coordinate growth channels.
• Translate complex crypto/tax concepts into clear, persuasive content.
