Clera is seeking a Content Lead to own the full content function within the Growth team, ghostwriting for founders, managing LinkedIn strategy, and shaping brand voice across channels in the fintech/identity space.

You will turn customer conversations into posts, write blogs, white papers, and case studies, and ensure consistent tone on the website, press releases, and social media. Fully remote in the EU, with collaboration across time zones and a focus on authentic thought leadership.

Qualifikationen

• 3–8 years of experience in content, copywriting, or communications roles.
• Proven ability to write in someone else's voice — executive ghostwriting or managing a founder's social presence.
• Deep expertise with LinkedIn as a channel: attention, conversion, audience growth.

• Ghostwrite and manage founders' LinkedIn presence and turn conversations into posts.
• Own the company's LinkedIn strategy and content cadence to drive engagement and conversion.
