Partner Company seeks a Team Lead, Content & Social Media Strategy to shape the organic social presence of a global consumer brand, primarily on Instagram. You will own editorial strategy, content planning, publishing, optimization, and performance analysis while guiding a creative team.

You will collaborate with marketing, brand, CRM, and ecommerce teams to ensure a coherent brand experience and stay ahead of platform trends and opportunities.

Qualifikationen

• Proven experience in mid-to-senior social media management.
• Successful growth of organic social accounts, especially Instagram.
• Experience leading and mentoring a creative or social team.
• Ability to provide creative direction and feedback.
• Strong understanding of current trends, algorithms, and best practices.
• Hands-on with social media management and analytics platforms such as Meta Business Suite or Metricool.
• Strong analytical skills to translate data into practical strategy.
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven with ownership mindset.
• Leadership and people development skills.
• Native-level German and business-fluent English.
• Passion for social media and evolving formats.

Aufgaben

• Own and manage organic social channels, with Instagram focus.
• Develop and execute strategies to raise awareness, engagement, and growth.
• Build and maintain an editorial content calendar across platforms.
• Define formats, messaging, and publishing strategies for each channel.
• Monitor engagement and coordinate with teams to address needs.
• Analyze performance and produce regular actionable reports.
• Identify high-performing content and support paid amplification when relevant.
• Collaborate with Brand Management, Marketing, Creative, CRM and Ecommerce.
• Support UGC and influencer initiatives as channels evolve.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the content and social media team.
• Organize workloads and prioritize according to objectives and resources.
• Establish workflows for briefing, feedback, reviews, approvals, and delivery.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality content; provide constructive feedback.
