Jobgether is seeking a Graphic Designer & Digital Content Creator to produce engaging visual content across social, digital, advertising, and print channels. This role blends storytelling with production skills to deliver assets that drive growth and engagement.

You will create short-form videos, banners, and print-ready artwork, collaborating remotely with a Swiss-based partner in a fast-paced, remote team while upholding brand guidelines and color management.

Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of professional graphic design or related field.
• Portfolio showing short-form video loops, carousels, animated ads, and print collateral.
• Advanced proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Strong Canva Pro proficiency and cross-platform workflow.
• Experience with social-first content and print-ready artwork.
• In-depth knowledge of CMYK vs RGB, rich black, bleeds, and production specs.
• Attention to detail with brand guideline consistency.
• Ability to work remotely and manage multiple projects.

Aufgaben

• Create engaging, high-converting short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Develop vibrant social media assets including static posts, carousels, and motion graphics.
• Design production-ready artwork for large-format applications such as vehicle wraps.
• Prepare files for traditional print collateral and coordinate vendor handoffs.
• Conceptualize and produce HTML5 banners and GIFs for display campaigns.
• Adapt concepts across formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Follow client brand guidelines for typography, color and imagery.
• Manage multiple creative requests and work across digital, social, motion and print.
• Ensure print production specs (color spaces, bleeds, folding) are met.
• Review designs for accuracy and delivery readiness.
• Collaborate remotely with marketing and creative stakeholders.
