Flexibility and a high-quality home studio are essential for success. Ideal candidates have proven voice work experience, native or near-native German, and a reliable recording setup.

Qualifications

• Experience in voice acting, narration, audiobooks, dubbing, or related performance-based audio work.
• Native or near-native fluency in German.
• Own a large diaphragm microphone and access to a quiet, acoustically controlled recording space.

Responsabilités

• Record clear, expressive German-language audio following scripts and prompts.
• Evaluate AI-generated speech for natural flow, pronunciation accuracy, and emotional authenticity.
• Provide detailed, actionable feedback to improve synthesized voice outputs.
• Review scripts and suggest adjustments to enhance clarity and natural delivery.
• Work independently and asynchronously — on your own schedule.
