Camunda is hiring an Engineering Manager for Identity to lead the team building the IAM foundation powering Camunda 8, on‑prem and SaaS. You will drive end‑to‑end delivery, ensuring security, enterprise readiness, and scalable integrations across the stack.

You will mentor senior and junior engineers, collaborate with product, design, QA, and sales, and shape the platform to meet customer needs in a fully remote, asynchronous environment.

Qualifikationen

• Senior‑level technical depth in IAM and enterprise software.
• Proven track record leading medium‑to‑large delivery projects.
• Hands‑on experience implementing or integrating IAM solutions (OIDC/SAML).
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.
• Background in product engineering for integration-heavy B2B products.
• Willingness to work in a fully remote organization.

Aufgaben

• Own end-to-end delivery of reusable IAM components across Camunda 8 stack.
• Collaborate with multiple engineering teams, SREs, QA and Product Leadership to drive vision.
• Raise the bar on reliability and efficiency; ship fixes within SLOs.
• Grow and coach a team of engineers; foster autonomy and accountability.
• Mature our SaaS offering for large enterprise customers and safe integrations.
