Jobgether is seeking an E-Learning Instructional Designer based in Austria for a fully remote, six-month contract with an Australian organization. You will transform complex information into engaging digital learning experiences, collaborating with SMEs and stakeholders through all stages from storyboarding to LMS implementation and QA.

The role emphasizes instructional design, multimedia development, and learning technology, with opportunities to improve programs and adopt innovative approaches

Formación

• At least two years of instructional design experience or relevant qualifications.
• Hands-on experience with Articulate.
• Experience with LMS and SCORM understanding.
• Strong visual design and content development skills.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for minor edits.
• Experience with Moodle and Adobe Creative Cloud preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Develop interactive digital and multimedia learning materials using Articulate tools.
• Transform complex information into engaging online learning experiences with SMEs.
• Create storyboards, instructional copy, and media scripts.
• Manage LMS content and SCORM-compliant environments.
• Conduct usability testing and QA to ensure learner satisfaction.
• Ensure materials meet standards and copyright guidelines.
• Develop supporting resources and handover materials for projects.
• Collaborate with designers, SMEs and stakeholders to deliver on time and budget.
• Review and improve existing programs to enhance learning outcomes.
• Stay updated on instructional design trends and learning tech.
