Job summary

Placements24 is seeking a highly analytical Remote E-commerce Marketing Analyst to join a fully remote team. You will dive into customer behavior, campaign performance, and sales data to uncover actionable insights that drive strategic decisions and optimize e-commerce growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Minimum of 3 years of data analysis experience in e-commerce or digital marketing.
• Proficiency with web analytics platforms (GA/Adobe Analytics).
• Strong data manipulation using SQL, Excel, Python or R.
• Experience with A/B testing and CRO.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Self-motivated and able to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Analyze e-commerce traffic, user behavior, and conversion funnels to identify optimization opportunities.
• Track and evaluate digital marketing campaigns across channels with detailed reports.
• Develop dashboards to monitor KPIs for sales, marketing, and engagement.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot trends and threats.
• Segment customer data to understand purchasing patterns and lifetime value.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product to drive data-driven recommendations.
• Utilize A/B testing to measure impact of site and marketing changes.
• Forecast sales trends based on data and market insights.
• Present findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Stay updated on analytical tools and e-commerce best practices.
