• 8+ years in corporate development, investment banking, PE, or related fields.
• Experience coordinating financial, legal, operational, and people-related due diligence.

• Build and manage a disciplined pipeline of acquisition opportunities.
• Prepare concise opportunity assessments with costs, returns, risks, and outcomes.
• Develop thorough valuation and scenario models for prospective acquisitions.
• Lead cross-functional due diligence across finance, legal, tech, and ops.
• Support transaction structuring, negotiations, and retention arrangements.
• Prepare materials for executive and board level investment decisions.
• Track completed transactions and report on synergies and variances.
• Develop the corporate development function and playbooks.
