Zusammenfassung

ASTA Group in Vienna is seeking a Manager, Corporate Development (all genders) to design and lead cross-functional and cross-regional programmes and the PMO for strategic initiatives.

You will support senior management with presentations for strategic projects and supervisory board materials, identify partnerships and acquisitions, and analyze market trends to expand the company’s portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• University degree (engineering, business, law or natural sciences)
• Experience covering both technical and business aspects in manufacturing and/or consultancy
• Several years in strategy, corporate development, M&A or similar in global company or leadership/consulting
• Proven ability to independently design, implement and lead projects across regions/functions
• Excellent analytical skills and strategic thinking
• Excellent presentation and communication in German and English; Portuguese or Chinese a plus

Aufgaben

• Design, implementation and leadership of cross-functional/global programme management and PMO for strategic/operational projects
• Support C-level in development and preparation of presentations for strategic projects and supervisory board documents
• Identify business opportunities, partnerships and acquisitions to expand the portfolio
• Analyze market and competitive environments to assess opportunities and risks
