Job summary

qubitec, Austria's most innovative tech-first grant consultancy, seeks a hands-on AI & software performance specialist. You have a CS degree, can code (Python) and explain complex concepts clearly. You will co-build internal AI systems and contribute to grant applications, delivering tech-driven value for startups.

This full-remote role includes one on-site workshop per month and cutting-edge tooling. You thrive when solving problems end-to-end, own projects, and push for operational excellence

Qualifications

• You have a degree in computer science, engineering or a related field.
• You can code (ideally Python) and explain complex technical concepts clearly.
• AI isn’t a buzzword for you – you use it as a tool to build solutions.

Responsibilities

• Technical consulting for startup clients at eye level.
• Co-creating grant applications for innovative technologies.
• Developing internal AI systems, automations and tools.
• Programming (Python, ML) to optimize internal processes.
• Shaping the technical infrastructure—from CRM to AI pipeline.
