Job summary

IOM Vienna invites applications for a Regional PSEAH Officer to lead protection from sexual exploitation, abuse and harassment initiatives across the region. The role requires strong coordination, policy implementation and collaboration with UN partners, NGOs and government counterparts.

The successful candidate will oversee risk assessments, training, and reporting, ensuring victim-centred approaches and adherence to IOM’s ethics and safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Law, International Relations, Psychology, Social Sciences, Development Studies and Planning or a related field from an accredited academic institution with five years of relevant professional experience; or
• University degree in the above fields with seven years of relevant professional experience

Responsibilities

• Lead regional implementation of PSEAH policies across the region.
• Support global PSEAH priorities and strengthen leadership and culture.
• Provide technical guidance to country teams and partners.
• Ensure PSEAH components are embedded in project proposals and reporting.
• Strengthen regional data collection, management and reporting on PSEAH.
