Zusammenfassung

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) seeks a PSEAH Consultant to provide strategic guidance to regional leadership and country offices on PSEAH policy, victim assistance, risk mitigation, and capacity building, with a focus on safeguarding survivors.

You will coordinate with global units, inter-agency partners, and field offices to strengthen PSEAH mechanisms, integrate survivor-centred practices into project proposals, and promote accountability, confidentiality, and learning

Qualifikationen

• Experience in PSEAH, protection, or humanitarian settings.
• Coordination within UN systems and with partners.
• Ability to mainstream PSEAH into proposals and operations.

Aufgaben

• Provide strategic advice to regional leadership and Country Chiefs of Mission on PSEAH policy and programming.
• Oversee PSEAH case management and survivor assistance with a victim-centred approach.
• Coordinate timely information sharing between country offices, PSEAH Unit, and HQ.
• Support country offices in establishing survivor assistance mechanisms and risk assessments.
• Build capacity of regional PSEAH Officers and Focal Points; promote best practices.
