The International Organization for Migration (IOM) in Vienna seeks a Regional PSEAH Lead to coordinate the regional implementation of its Protection from Sexual Exploitation, Abuse and Harassment strategy. You will provide technical guidance, embed PSEAH into proposals and budgets, and strengthen prevention mechanisms across country teams.

The role requires a Master’s degree and at least five years of SEA/SH, GBV, or humanitarian experience, with strong UN coordination and donor engagement

Competenze

• Master's degree in Law, International Relations, Psychology, Social Sciences, Development Studies, or a related field.
• Alternatively, a related bachelor’s degree with seven years’ relevant experience.
• UNESCO-listed universities preferred for accreditation.

Mansioni

• Lead regional implementation of IOM’s PSEAH strategy aligned with institutional policies and donor requirements.
• Support global PSEAH initiatives and donor engagement.
• Provide ongoing technical guidance to IOM PSEAH Officers, Focal Points, and staff to integrate PSEAH at all levels.
• Ensure PSEAH components are embedded in project proposals and budgets.
• Lead regional data collection, management, and reporting on PSEAH activities.
• Strengthen partnerships with implementing organizations and stakeholders; identify capacity gaps and provide guidance.
