On behalf of our client, a 4-star hotel in Sankt Leonhard im Pitztal, Tyrol, we are looking for a motivated receptionist (m/f/d) to join their team for the upcoming winter season.

Responsibilities:

• Welcoming hotel guests in a friendly and professional manner and providing personalized assistance
• Organizing a smooth stay for guests
• Managing guest check-in and check-out procedures
• Handling incoming phone calls and email correspondence
• Assisting with reservations and responding to guest requests and enquiries
• Performing general administrative and organizational duties at the front desk

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel reception is preferred. Completed vocational training as a hotel specialist is an advantage; however, career changers with a strong interest in the hospitality industry are also welcome to apply.
• Enjoy interacting with guests and understanding their individual needs and preferences
• Friendly, dependable, and professional approach
• Ability to remain calm, composed, and resilient during busy periods
• Good written and spoken German and English skills
• Knowledge of additional foreign languages is considered an advantage
• Enthusiasm for a diverse and varied role within the hotel industry
• Good computer literacy and general IT skills
• Professional, well-groomed appearance
• High level of discretion and reliability
