Qualifikationen

• Master's degree in physics (or equivalent) required.
• Hands-on experience in at least two of listed areas (two of: molecular beams; UHV systems; detectors; optics/lasers; mass spectrometry).

Aufgaben

• Participate in a specific research project (Q4-BIO).
• Present your research plan to the faculty and complete a dissertation agreement within 12-18 months.
• Work on your dissertation with a plan for completion in 4 years, with independence and collaboration.
• Contribute to teaching (lab courses, exercise classes) within the collective bargaining agreement.
• Perform administrative tasks to support group research, teaching and administration.
• Stay informed about state-of-the-art developments in the field.
• Contribute to outreach by publications, conferences, and public activities.
