Quality Management Associate (m/f/d)
Purpose of the role
Support ofqualityandinformation securitymanagement to ensure product,process, and information security quality, compliance withISO 9001,ISO/IEC 27001, andSCCrequirements, as well ascontinuous improvementof workflows, security standards, and information security processes.
- Execution and documentation ofinternal audits according toISO 9001,ISO/IEC 27001,SCC, andEN 1090.
- Collaboration in the maintenance, update, and implementation of the integrated management system (IMS).
- Processing of complaints,non-conformities, and security incidents includingroot cause analysis, as well ascorrectiveandpreventive actions.
- Processing of the continuous improvement process (CIP)in theQM andISMS
Secondary tasks
- Support with training and awareness measures for employees inquality,occupational safety, andinformation security
- Collaboration in the preparation ofexternal audits and certifications (IMS).
- Support with data evaluation and analysis ofKPIs forquality,process, andinformation security
- Administrative activities in theQM andISMSarea, e.g., document management via orgavision.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring the correct implementation of legal, normative, and internal requirements throughout the entire organization (IMS).
- Management of system documentation forIMS processes via orgavision.
- Management of the continuous improvement process (CIP) in theIMS
- Documentation and tracking ofqualitynon-conformities,corrective actions, andinformation security
Required qualifications
- Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, master craftsman, technical college) or completed technical degree (e.g., mechanical engineering, civil engineering, industrial engineering).
- Optional: Qualification as an internalauditor(ISO/IEC 17024).
- Knowledge of relevant standards (e.g.,ISO 9001,ISO/IEC 27001,SCC, orEN 1090).
- Very good language skills (German, English).
Required professional experience
- Several years of professional experience (min. 2 years) in steel construction, mechanical engineering, or metal construction.
- Experience in theQM area (document management,processmodeling, standards) as well asoccupational safety.
- Experience in moderating cross-departmental topics (e.g.,nonconformity management andCIP).
- Experience in internal/externalaudit

- The position is governed by the Austrian Collective Agreement for Salaried Employees in the Metal Industry. We offer a competitive salary above the collective agreement minimum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
The advertised position is subject to the collective bargaining agreement for employees in the metalworking industry.
We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
