Job summary

ASSMONT Business Center GmbH invites applications for a Quality Management Associate (m/f/d) to support product, process, and information security quality, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, SCC, and EN 1090 within an integrated management system (IMS).

You will execute internal audits, contribute to IMS maintenance, handle complaints and non-conformities with root-cause analysis and corrective actions, and support CIP in QM and ISMS areas.

Qualifications

• Completed technical education (e.g., apprenticeship, master craftsman) or a technical degree (e.g., mechanical/civil/industrial engineering).
• Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, SCC, or EN 1090.
• Very good language skills in German and English.
• Optional: Internal auditor qualification (ISO/IEC 17024).
• Several years of professional experience (min. 2 years) in steel construction, mechanical engineering, or metal construction.
• Experience in QM area (document management, process modeling, standards) and occupational safety.
• Experience moderating cross-department topics (nonconformity management and CIP).
• Experience in internal and external audits.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the correct implementation of legal, normative, and internal requirements throughout the organization (IMS).
• Management of system documentation for IMS processes via orgavision.
• Management of the continuous improvement process (CIP) in the IMS and information security scope.
• Documentation and tracking of quality non-conformities, corrective actions, and information security.

Purpose of the role

Support ofqualityandinformation securitymanagement to ensure product,process, and information security quality, compliance withISO 9001,ISO/IEC 27001, andSCCrequirements, as well ascontinuous improvementof workflows, security standards, and information security processes.

• Execution and documentation ofinternal audits according toISO 9001,ISO/IEC 27001,SCC, andEN 1090.

Secondary tasks

• The position is governed by the Austrian Collective Agreement for Salaried Employees in the Metal Industry. We offer a competitive salary above the collective agreement minimum, depending on your qualifications and experience.

The advertised position is subject to the collective bargaining agreement for employees in the metalworking industry.

We are willing to offer a higher salary depending on qualifications and experience.
