ULTIMATE Europe Transportation Equipment GmbH in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde, Lower Austria, develops and services gangways, automatic door systems and interior fittings for rail vehicles and buses. We seek a new employee to strengthen and expand our international market activities.

You will handle production planning, ERP support, 5S and LEAN, with opportunities for personal development, flexible hours, and EV charging on site.

Qualifikationen

• Completed technical training.
• Industry experience in production planning is advantageous in metalworking.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Business Central.
• Proficiency in 3D Creo.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Understanding of business administration.
• Willingness to travel internationally.
• Able to work independently and in a structured manner.

Aufgaben

• Production planning, prioritization, and tracking of production orders.
• Support for ERP system and warehouse management.
• Interface to internal departments.
• Define packaging solutions.
• Create and trigger production and consumption postings in ERP.
• Quality assurance of finished products.
• Train and implement 5S measures.
• Implement the company-wide LEAN strategy.

Ultimate Europebased in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde (Lower Austria), is part of a very succesful international group of companies additional locations in Romania, Poland, Turkey, the USA, China and Australia. We are engaged in the development, sale and service of gangways, automatic door systems and interior fittings for rail vehicles and buses. We are looking for a new employee for our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities.

Your tasks:

• Production planning, prioritization, as well as initiation, tracking, and completion of production orders
• Support for ERP system, warehouse management
• Operational interface to internal departments
• Definition of packaging solutions
• Creation and triggering of orders in production and consumption postings in the ERP system
• Quality assurance of finished products
• Training and implementation of 5S measures
• Implementation of the company-wide LEAN strategy

Your skills:

• Completed technical training
• Professional experience in production planning at a metalworking company is advantageous
• Experience with common ERP systems (ideally Business Central)
• 3D Creo knowledge
• Very good German and English skills
• Understanding of business administration
• Willingness to travel (international)
• Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
