Lonza in Stein, AG, Switzerland is seeking a seasoned QA Material Management & Supply Chain leader to drive GMP-compliant material lifecycle management from sourcing to release. This fully site-based role requires strong leadership across QA, QC, Supply Chain and Manufacturing.

You will oversee supplier quality, warehouse governance, and cross-functional collaboration while driving continuous improvement and readiness for audits.

Qualifikationen

• Experience leading QA in pharmaceutical GMP environments.
• Experience with material management and supply chain.
• Fluent English; German is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Lead, develop, and manage the QA Material Management & Supply Chain team across seniority levels.
• Ensure GMP compliance across raw materials and primary packaging from sourcing to release.
• Oversee QA governance of warehouse and logistics processes, including goods receipt and material flow.
• Oversee supplier quality management, including supplier qualification and performance monitoring.
• Review and approve critical QA documentation (specifications, SOPs, deviations, changes).
• Support audits and inspections, ensuring readiness across supplier management and logistics.
• Drive continuous improvement and KPI management across QA, QC, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.
