Lonza in Visp, Switzerland seeks a Production Manager DSP to oversee chromatography manufacturing projects, ensuring safety, quality, and on-time delivery. You will lead an interdisciplinary team of production leaders, supervisors, and specialists, driving standardization and cost control.

This fully site-based role combines deep technical chromatography expertise with people leadership to advance Drug Linker Asset production in the ADC field.

Qualifikationen

Academic degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or related field.
Significant chromatography experience in production or development.
Strong GMP and regulatory knowledge for pharmaceutical manufacturing.
Experience leading complex projects in a matrix organization.

Aufgaben

Lead multidisciplinary teams for manufacturing chromatography processes.
Perform risk analyses and implement control measures.
Ensure documentation, regulatory compliance, and training.
Drive cost control, continuous improvement, and technical standardization.
Manage operation of chromatography equipment and transfer know-how.
Act as technical expert for Drug Linker production and SBP activities.
