Qualifikationen

• Completed education (HTL, FH, BSc, MSc, or equivalent) in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, Biotechnology, or a related life sciences discipline.
• Experience in purification of recombinant proteins from various expression systems.
• Hands-on experience with FPLC systems (ÄKTA or NGC).
• Strong attention to detail in a structured lab environment.
• Ability to work independently and in a team; good English, German is a plus.

• Perform routine purification of proteins from recombinant and natural sources.
• Analyze and evaluate purification samples.
• Manage biological samples using laboratory software systems.
• Maintain accurate, complete, and traceable experimental documentation.
• Contribute to optimization and validation of workflows and processes.
