Zusammenfassung

MADx – Macro Array Diagnostics GmbH in Vienna invites applications for a full-time laboratory position focused on diagnostic development and sample processing. You will prepare buffers, media, and samples to defined recipes and ensure high-quality in-process control for protein purification runs.

As part of a team dedicated to human and veterinary diagnostics, you will manage inventory, maintain records, and support equipment.

Qualifikationen

• Completed education (HTL, Kolleg Rosensteingasse or equivalent) with a strong laboratory background.
• Accuracy and reliability in a motivated team setting.
• Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous.
• Motivation to grow in exciting projects and report independently.

• Stock and order management for consumables.
• Maintain accurate, traceable records of experiments.

What You’ll Do

• Solution preparation - buffers, media and samples prepared to defined recipes and specifications
• Sample processing & workup - filtration, concentration and in-process quality control, as well as pre- and post-processing of materials of protein purification runs
• Stock and order management - consumable inventory, reorder points and supplier ordering
• Accurate, traceable and contemporaneous records of every experiment
• Equipment support - routine maintenance, troubleshooting and instrument uptime
• Process optimization - improvement and validation of established laboratory methods

What You Bring

• Completed education (HTL, Kolleg Rosensteingasse or equivalent) with a strong laboratory background
• Accuracy as well as the commitment to work in a motivated team
• Excellent command of English; German language skills are advantageous
• Motivation to grow in exciting projects within a team and the ability to work and report independently
• Nice to have: Practical experience with extract preparation methods (lab- and pilot-scale)

Compensation

For this position, we offer a market-competitive minimum annual gross salary of EUR 28.832 based on full-time employment, which is above the applicable collective agreement minimum salary. Final compensation will be determined based on qualifications and experience.
