Michael Page International (Switzerland) SA is seeking a Senior Project Engineer to lead utility data projects across Europe, delivering data analysis, grid modelling, and client implementation on the Smart Grid platform. Based in Austria, you will coordinate cross‑border teams and ensure project milestones and budgets are met.

Fluent German and strong English, plus experience in power systems and data processing, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in power systems, electricity networks, utilities or Smart Grid environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with technical or operational data.
• Exposure to data analysis, data integration or programming (Python preferred).
• Good understanding of distribution and/or transmission networks.
• Experience managing technical projects and customer relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous leadership experience is welcome; leadership potential and motivation are equally valued.
• Fluent German and professional English are essential.

Aufgaben

• Contribute to internal improvement initiatives, engineering processes and data architecture projects.
• Participate in quality management activities, including ISO audits and continuous improvement processes.
• Mentor new team members and support their onboarding and development.
