Based in Austria, you will coordinate cross‑border teams and ensure project milestones and budgets are met.

Fluent German and strong English, plus experience in power systems and data processing, are essential.

Qualifikationen

• Degree in Electrical Engineering, Energy Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in power systems, electricity networks, utilities or Smart Grid environments.
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with technical or operational data.
• Exposure to data analysis, data integration or programming (Python preferred).
• Good understanding of distribution and/or transmission networks.
• Experience managing technical projects and customer relationships.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Previous leadership experience is welcome; leadership potential and motivation are equally valued.
• Fluent German and professional English are essential.

Aufgaben

• Lead utility customer projects from data collection to implementation and support.
• Analyse, validate and transform network data for integration into the Smart Grid platform.
• Support grid modelling, power flow studies and future network planning activities.
• Act as the main technical contact for customers throughout project delivery.
• Coordinate and support a team of Project Engineers based in Zurich and Spain.
• Monitor project progress, budgets, resource allocation and delivery milestones.
• Collaborate with Sales on proposals, effort estimations and customer requirements.
• Contribute to internal improvement initiatives, engineering processes and data architecture projects.
• Participate in quality management activities, including ISO audits and continuous improvement processes.
• Mentor new team members and support their onboarding and development.
