• Coordination of appointments with customers, technicians and external providers.
• Material management including spare parts availability and tracking in SAP.
• Coordination of material deliveries, transports and returns.
• Handling customer inquiries, complaints and urgent service requirements.
• Documentation of completed service activities in SAP.
• Follow-up on open orders and missing information.
• Collaboration with Engineering, Purchasing, Warehouse, Logistics, Sales and Quality Management.
• Optimization of service processes and cross-functional workflows.

YOUR PROFILE

• Completed commercial or technical education
• Several years of relevant professional experience in service coordination, resource planning, technical order processing, spare parts logistics or a comparable operational role
• Good command of German and English, both written and spoken
• Experience working with SAP and confident handling of MS Office applications
• Basic technical understanding of machines, equipment and technical fault descriptions
• Strong organizational skills and an independent way of working
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset

Our location is very well connected to public transport and only a 5-minute walk from Mödling railway station.

The minimum salary is from € 3,500 gross per month with appropriate qualifications.
