INNIO Jenbacher in Austria is seeking a Program Manager (m/f/d) for our NPI and control system programs. You will coordinate cross-functional activities at the intersection of strategy, engineering and execution, driving serialization, time plans and budgets across Engineering, GSCM, Services, Sourcing and Digital.

This role requires a technical degree, at least 3 years in controls or project management, and strong communication. Fluent English is required; German is a plus.

Qualifikationen

• At least 3 years in controls systems engineering, services, or project management
• Knowledge of INNIO Jenbacher products and industrial automation is preferred
• Strong structured, self-organized work style with clear communication

• Fluent in English; German is a plus

Aufgaben

• Coordinate cross-functional NPI execution across engineering, Sourcing, Services, and Digital
• Own NPI project plans including time, budget, and requirements
• Define programs based on Multi Generation Product Plan
• Manage risk, scope, and escalation for changes
• Drive cost-out initiatives and monitor development progress
• Participate in Change Control Board for product serialization and updates
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders on problems and decisions

Program Manager Controls (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Program Manager (m/f/d) for our INNIO Jenbacher control system and plant control solution New Product Introductions (=NPI). This position is in Product Line Management, at the intersection of strategy, engineering, and program execution. The Program Manager is key in driving the next generation INNIO Jenbacher products. In this position you will drive and coordinate cross-functional programs and aim at offering a competitive product portfolio, meeting current and future market needs and will be responsible for overall cross-functional NPI execution. The Program Manager works very closely with Product Managers and coordinates across various functions (e.g., Engineering, Operations, Sourcing, Sales, Service). At INNIO we offer you:

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for NPI cross functional execution and serialization e.g., Engineering, GSCM, Services, Sourcing and Digital
• Own overall NPI project execution plan e.g., time, budget, product requirement fulfillment
• Define and execute programs based on agreed Multi Generation Product Plan
• Own risk categorization, scope management and escalation
• Drive cost out initiatives for product and design changes, monitor development through project execution
• Participate in approval boards for product serialization, product updates (Change Control Board CCB)
• Solve technical and/or business problems and provide guidance and direction for internal stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in a technical field preferred, higher technical college (e.g., HTL electrical engineering) required
• At least 3 years' work experience in controls system engineering, service, order engineering, product line, project management
• Knowledge of INNIO Jenbacher products, industrial automation, electrical systems is preferred
• Well-structured and self-organized working style
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player mentality
• Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Change agent and continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
