Zusammenfassung

INNIO Jenbacher seeks a Program Manager (m/f/d) to lead cross-functional NPIs for control systems and plant solutions, spanning strategy, engineering, and execution. You will own the end-to-end program plan and coordinate Engineering, GSCM, Services, Sourcing and Digital teams to deliver a competitive product portfolio.

The ideal candidate holds a technical degree with 3+ years in control systems or project management, fluent English (German a plus), and a structured, self‑organised working

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field; HTL Elektrotechnik mandatory.
• At least 3 years’ experience in control-system engineering, service, order engineering, product line, or project management.
• Knowledge of INNIO Jenbacher products, industrial automation, and electrical systems preferred.

Aufgaben

• Responsible for NPI cross‑functional execution and serialization (e.g., Engineering, GSCM, Services, Sourcing and Digital)
• Own overall NPI project execution plan (e.g., time, budget, product requirement fulfillment)
• Define and execute programs based on an agreed Multi‑Generation Product Plan
• Own risk categorization, scope management, and escalation
• Drive cost‑out initiatives for product and design changes, monitor development through project execution
• Participate in approval boards for product serialization and product updates (Change Control Board – CCB)
• Solve technical and/or business problems and provide guidance and direction for internal stakeholders
