Zusammenfassung

Your Responsibilities:

• Responsible for NPI cross-functional execution and serialization e.g., Engineering, GSCM, Services, Sourcing and Digital
• Own overall NPI project execution plan e.g., time, budget, product requirement fulfillment
• Define and execute programs based on agreed Multi Generation Product Plan
• Own risk categorization, scope management and escalation
• Drive cost‑out initiatives for product and design changes, monitor development through project execution
• Participate in approval boards for product serialization, product updates (Change Control Board CCB)
• Solve technical and/or business problems and provide guidance and direction for internal stakeholders

Your Profile:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in a technical field preferred, higher technical college (e.g., HTL electrical engineering) required
• At least 3 years’ work experience in controls system engineering, service, order engineering, product line, project management
• Knowledge of INNIO Jenbacher products, industrial automation, electrical systems is preferred
• Well-structured and self‑organized working style
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, team player mentality
• Ability to interact smoothly at all levels of the organization
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Change agent and continuous improvement mindset
• Fluent in English, German is a plus
