ENPULSION GmbH in Schwechat is seeking a Production Employee to join the Production team and support the assembly and production of satellite propulsion systems. This hands-on role requires accuracy, reliability and a strong commitment to quality when handling small, high-precision components.

You will follow clearly defined production processes, prepare workstations and equipment, document production data, and help maintain lab equipment including vacuum systems.

Job Overview:

ENPULSION is looking for a Production Employee (f/m/x) to join our Production team and support the assembly and production of satellite propulsion systems. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, reliability and quality are essential. You will work with small, high-precision components and follow clearly defined production processes.

The position is full-time and operates on a rotating two-shift schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble high-precision components according to work instructions
• Carry out defined production processes and document production data
• Prepare workstations, tools and equipment
• Perform basic maintenance of laboratory equipment, including vacuum systems
• Identify production issues and report deviations
• Follow all quality and safety requirements
• Support your colleagues and contribute to smooth daily production

Your profile:

• Strong technical or manual interest (technical training in electronics, mechanics, or a comparable field is an advantage).
• High attention to detail and excellent fine-motor skills.
• Reliable, structured, and quality-focused way of working.
• Ability to follow defined processes and instructions.
• Good English skills are required.
• Willingness to work in a rotating two-shift schedule.

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a production, laboratory, or clean-room environment.
• Technical training, such as a completed apprenticeship or HTL education, is helpful but not required.
• Previous exposure to 2-shift operations.

Type of contract: 38.5 hours/week

Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.727,40 gross per month, with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
