Job Overview:

ENPULSION is looking for a Maintenance Engineer (f/m/x) to support the upkeep of our production equipment and facilities. In this role, you will help ensure that tools and technical equipment remain in good working condition through routine maintenance activities and basic troubleshooting. You will work closely with our production team, document maintenance activities and support spare parts management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance on production equipment and facilities.
• Support troubleshooting and basic repair activities according to established procedures.
• Document maintenance work and keep maintenance records up to date.
• Assist with spare parts inventory and management.
• Report equipment issues and support corrective actions.
• Follow safety regulations and workplace standards.
• Support colleagues within your area and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.

Your profile:

• Technical education (Lehre, HTL, or equivalent) in Mechanics, Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in maintenance, production, manufacturing, or a similar technical environment.
• Reliable, structured, and quality-driven way of working.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to learn.
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to follow defined processes.

Type of contract: Full time position with 38.5 hours/week

Salary: The minimum base salary for this position starts at EUR 2.727,40 gross per month on a full-time basis (38,5 h/week), with a planned significant overpayment depending on your professional experience and qualifications.
