Zusammenfassung

ENPULSION is seeking a Production Employee (f/m/x) to join our growing production team in Schwechat, Austria. You will work hands-on with high-precision components to support satellite propulsion systems, within a 2‑shift operation that demands reliability and accuracy.

You should have a strong technical or manual interest, attention to detail, and good English; German is an advantage. A completed apprenticeship or HTL is a strong plus but not required.

Qualifikationen

• Strong technical or manual interest; technical training in electronics, mechanics, or comparable field is an advantage.
• Good English skills required; German is an advantage.

Aufgaben

• Execute production processes according to defined procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor, collect, and evaluate production data.
• Perform assembly and basic maintenance of laboratory equipment including vacuum systems.
• Conduct 1st-level troubleshooting and escalate issues when deviations occur (SQDC).
• Follow all safety regulations and raise concerns if risks are identified.
• Support colleagues and collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
• Assist with workstation setup and preparation.
