You will manage end-to-end procurement, monitor deliveries, evaluate suppliers, and drive cost reductions across ERP-based supplier data collaboration with Production, Engineering, Logistics and Accounting teams. Ideal candidates have a completed technical education, 5+ years in technical purchasing, and strong

Aufgaben

• Manage end-to-end procurement process from demand planning to PO processing and invoice verification.
• Monitor delivery schedules and handle delays and supply issues.
• Support supplier selection, evaluation, and development.
• Obtain, compare, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations.
• Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities (Cost Reduction / TCO).
• Maintain supplier and material master data in the ERP system.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Logistics and Accounting.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of procurement processes.

Ultimate Europe based in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde (Lower Austria), is part of a very succesful international group of companies with additional locations in Romania, Poland, Turkey, the USA, China and Australia. We are engaged in the development, sale and service of gangways, automatic door systems and interior fittings for rail vehicles and buses. We are looking for a new employee for our location in St. Georgen am Ybbsfelde to strengthen and expand our international market activities.

Your tasks

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, from demand planning through purchase order processing to invoice verification
• Monitor delivery schedules and handle delivery delays and supply issues
• Support the selection, evaluation, and development of suppliers
• Obtain, compare, evaluate, and negotiate supplier quotations
• Identify and realize cost-saving opportunities (Cost Reduction / Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) optimization)
• Maintain supplier and material master data in the ERP system
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Logistics, and Accounting departments
• Contribute to the continuous improvement and optimization of procurement processes
