Job summary

ams OSRAM Group is seeking a Product Manager for Optical Force Sensing in Premstaetten, Austria. You will shape the global product strategy, drive the roadmap, and align with sales, R&D and operations to maximize portfolio profitability.

The role requires a university degree in a related field, several years in product management or similar areas, and strong English skills; German is a plus. Willingness to travel internationally up to 20% is expected.

Qualifications

University degree in electrical engineering, physics, photonics, microsystems technology, business engineering, or comparable field.
Advanced degree is a plus.
Several years of experience in product management, product marketing, application engineering, or business development in semiconductors or sensors.

Responsibilities

Define and drive global Optical Force Sensing product strategy, roadmap and priorities.
Translate market trends and customer needs into product plans and investments.
Manage product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life.
Develop business cases, pricing guidance, forecasts and profitability analyses.
Support strategic customer engagements with roadmap input and positioning.
Coordinate launches, sales enablement and cross-functional alignment.
