Callaway Golf Europe Limited is seeking a Product & Fitting Specialist to deliver an exceptional fitting experience for golfers across Switzerland. You will provide expert advice on Callaway products and help customers choose the right equipment through individual sessions, fittings days, and demo events.

The role requires travel across Switzerland, weekend availability during the golf season, and collaboration with clubs, PGA Professionals and retailers.

Qualifikationen

• A passion for golf and excellent knowledge of the golf industry.
• Experience or training in custom fitting.
• Excellent German and English language skills.
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Switzerland and work weekends during the golf season.
• Valid Category B driving licence.

Work Arrangement:

This position is a field based role, you will need to hold a valid driver’s license and be based in Switzerland, or willing to relocate. The role involves frequent travel throughout Switzerland and weekend working during the golf season. The Product & Fitting Specialist - Switzerland will join us on a full time, permanent basis, and in return you will receive a competitive salary depending on experience, alongside a great range of benefits including:

About the Role

As a Product & Fitting Specialist, you will deliver an exceptional fitting experience to golfers across Switzerland, providing expert advice across the Callaway product range and helping customers find the right equipment for their game. The Product & Fitting Specialist will conduct individual custom fitting sessions, plan and deliver fitting days and demo events, and support golf clubs, PGA Professionals and specialist retailers. You will also represent the Callaway brand at events and other functions, alongside supporting wider sales, fitting and promotional activities as required.

Essential:

• A passion for golf and excellent knowledge of the golf industry
• Experience or training in custom fitting
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Strong customer service, communication and organisational skills
• A team-oriented mindset with the ability to work independently
• Willingness to travel frequently throughout Switzerland and work weekends during the golf season
• Valid Category B driving licence

Desirable:

• French language skills
