&Tradition is seeking a Junior Sales Responsible to strengthen our presence in Switzerland. Based in Glattbrugg, you will manage relationships with selected retail partners, contract clients, and interior design studios, ensuring sales growth and strong brand presentation.

You will report to the DACH Country Manager and travel extensively across the region. You should have proven sales experience in the furniture, design, or interior industry, be fluent in German, French and English, and

About the job

We are seeking a Junior Sales Responsible to strengthen our presence in Switzerland. You will manage relationships with selected retail partners, contract clients, and interior design studios, ensuring strong sales growth and brand presentation. You will work from our office in Glattbrugg and report directly to the DACH Country Manager.

More specifically, your key tasks will include:

• Grow and manage the customer network in your region (focus on furniture dealers, contract clients, and interior designers)
• Serve as the first point of contact for sales and product enquiries
• Conduct regular client visits, training sessions, and visual merchandising check-ins
• Plan regional sales activities and report on performance metrics
• Collaborate with Copenhagen HQ on marketing and operations
• Represent &Tradition at regional fairs, events, and partner exhibitions
• Travel throughout the region (70–80% of working time)

Your Profile

You have proven sales experience in the furniture, design, or interior industry. You are excellent communicating and building strong relations. As a person you are organized, self-driven, and comfortable working independently. You like travelling and find energy in visiting customers most of the time. You are located in Switzerland. You are fluent in German, French and English, both spoken and written and do have a valid Category B driving license.
