Qualifikationen

• Proven track record in bicycle or consumer goods industries.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to work on practical tasks.

Aufgaben

• Drive the product development cycle from continuous iterations through testing, industrialization, and lifecycle management.
• Act as the primary Engineering representative across multiple concurrent projects.
• Refine existing products and evolve component designs to meet high standards.
• Use DFMEA, tolerance analysis, and wall thickness checks to validate designs.
• Collaborate with Industrial Design, Product Management, Commercialization, Supply Chain, Testing, and Compliance.
• Define inputs for, review, and implement results from virtual validation and real-world testing.
