HEAD Sport GmbH, Kennelbach, Austria, seeks a Product Data / Information Manager (m/f/d) to be the central interface for product managers, ensuring high-quality data across Racquet Sports, Winter Sports, and Sportswear, including digital channels.

You will develop and maintain product data, KPIs, and a unified taxonomy, collaborating with product, digital and marketing teams on an AI-ready portfolio. Fluent German and English are required, with a passion for sports and HEAD brand.

PRODUCT DATA / INFORMATION MANAGER (m/f/d)

TASKS

• Central interface for product managers, responsible for cross-functional processes to ensure consistent, high-quality product data across the Racquet Sports, Winter Sports, and Sportswear divisions
• Continuous maintenance, expansion, and optimization of product data, alongside the structured implementation of new requirements for digital channels
• Definition, monitoring, and management of relevant KPIs to ensure data quality, completeness, and timely availability, as well as initiating and implementing improvement measures
• Further development of a unified product taxonomy within the team as the foundation for search, navigation, and clean data structures
• Collaboration with product, digital, and marketing teams to optimize data requirements for a global, AI-ready product portfolio

PROFILE

• Completed education or degree, e.g. E-Commerce, Business Informatics / Information Systems, Data Management, or Media Management
• Experience in product data management, ideally with PIM systems and digital channels
• Know-how in designing or further developing product taxonomies, attribute models, and data quality standards
• Understanding of AI tools and an interest in current developments regarding SEO / GEO and data-driven marketing
• Structured, detail-oriented working style with a high standard of quality
• Strong communication skills across divisions and teams as a connecting liaison who bridges different interests and clearly communicates standards
• Excellent command of German and English
• Passion for sports and the HEAD brand
