softwareXperts GmbH is seeking an Automation Specialist to define and implement a technical automation approach for IT Asset Management data collection based on ServiceNow. You will design a rollout plan and run a POC with dedicated units to validate the approach.

The role requires Web API experience, ITAM knowledge, Shell scripting, and strong English communication. You will manage the full rollout across teams and ensure secure data collection and process automation in an international

• Experience with Web API invocation and related security mechanisms.
• IT asset management knowledge (ServiceNow/SNOW) and IT operations experience.
• Shell and scripting languages.
• Experience with technical process automation.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
