WENET AG invites a Process Developer / Automation Engineer to join our IT team at our headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ. You will develop and scale internal processes and automations driving operations, expanding our CRM system Propstack, and extending our automation landscape with tools like Zapier and n8n.

You will collaborate closely with backend, frontend teams, and IT management to create true process ownership.

Qualifikationen

• Completed vocational training or studies in computer science or equivalent practical know-how.
• Safe handling of APIs, REST interfaces and data formats such as JSON.
• Ideally experience with automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make) or CRM systems.
• Experience with data integration or CRM expansion is a plus.
• German as working language; English for team communication.

Process Developer / Automation Engineer – 100%

As a Process Developer / Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in our IT team at our headquarters in Pfäffikon SZ. You will develop and scale the internal processes and automations that drive our operations. Specifically, you will drive the expansion of our CRM system, Propstack, extend and stabilize our automation landscape (Zapier, n8n, custom scripts), and develop our lead and data pipelines to deliver higher volume while maintaining quality. You will integrate new data sources, actively work on expanding our system landscape, and identify manual bottlenecks to replace them with clean, maintainable automation. You will work closely with our backend and frontend teams, as well as directly with the IT management.

Technical requirements

• Completed vocational training or studies in the field of computer science, or comparable practical know-how.
• Safe handling of APIs, REST interfaces and data formats such as JSON
• Ideally, experience with automation platforms (Zapier, n8n, Make, etc.) or CRM systems.
• Experience with data integration, data pipelines, or CRM expansion is a clear advantage.
• German as the language of communication; English for team communication is a given.
