BRP-Rotax seeks a technical engineer to contribute to the structural design and durability assessment of modern engine components. You will combine finite element simulations with dynamics and multibody methods to build expertise in powertrain development.

You will implement and interpret simulation results, support testing on engine benches, and collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive innovations in mobility.

Qualificações

• Completed technical degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, Technical Mathematics/Physics or related field.
• Knowledge of materials science, steel and aluminum, and manufacturing effects on material properties.
• Interest in simulation, internal combustion engines and electric powertrains.
• Very good English skills and good German language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Perform finite element simulations for the structural, strength, and durability assessment of engine and drivetrain components.
• Define and support testing activities on components and engine test benches.
• Independently create, interpret, and document simulation results and derive technical recommendations.
• Work closely with internal development departments and external partners.
