Tieto Tech Consulting in Austria is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to turn business needs into low-code solutions. You will design, develop, and implement apps using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages, and advise on governance and lifecycle.

You will work with cross-functional teams across MS 365 and Azure, stay certified, and help customers maximize value. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup across Vienna/Linz/Graz, with a competitive salary and strong growth

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and services.
• A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable qualification.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure and Azure AI ecosystems.
• Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or PL-900 are a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and GPT-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles.
• Good programming skills, preferably with C#/NET.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• A consulting mindset and strong communication skills in both German and English.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with new developments.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and implement applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages
• Advise customers on best practices for Power Platform governance and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integration Power Platform solutions intro broader MS 365 and Azure ecosystems
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and provide technical support to customers
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft certifications and contribute to internal capability building
