Tieto Tech Consulting is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and implement Power Platform solutions. You will advise on governance and lifecycle management, collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate with MS 365 and Azure, and run workshops for customers.

When joining Tieto Tech Consulting as a Microsoft Power Platform Developer, you

• Design, develop and implement applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages
• Advise customers on best practices for Power Platform governance and lifecycle management
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integration Power Platform solutions intro broader MS 365 and Azure ecosystems
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and provide technical support to customers
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft certifications and contribute to internal capability building

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and services
• A completed degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a comparable qualification
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure and Azure AI ecosystems
• Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or PL-900 are a plus
• Hands‑on knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and GPT‑based solutions
• Strong understanding of low‑code/no‑code development principles
• Good programming skills, preferably with C#/.NET
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
• A consulting mindset and strong communication skills in both German and English
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up‑to‑date with new developments

The monthly gross salary for this position will start from € 3.954,00 (based on IT collective agreement, ST1 Regelstufe) on a full‑time basis, depending on your qualifications and experience. Our aim is to provide you with a salary package that is both competitive and reflective of your relevant experience, while also aligning with current market standards.
