Tieto Deutschland GmbH is seeking a Microsoft Power Platform Developer to transform ideas into practical, scalable applications. You will connect business needs with technology and help customers extract value from the Microsoft ecosystem.

You’ll design, develop and implement solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages, while advising on governance and lifecycle practices. Strong German/English communication is essential.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools and services.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or comparable qualification.
• Knowledge of Power Platform, Azure and Azure AI ecosystems.
• Certifications such as PL-200, PL-400, PL-600 or PL-900 are a plus.
• Hands-on knowledge of Azure AI Foundry, Copilot Studio, and GPT-based solutions.
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code development principles.
• Good programming skills, preferably with C#/.NET.
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• A consulting mindset and strong communication skills in both German and English.

Aufgaben

• Design, develop and implement applications using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI and Power Pages.
• Advise customers on best practices for Power Platform governance and lifecycle management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integration Power Platform solutions into broader MS 365 and Azure ecosystems.
• Conduct workshops, training sessions and provide technical support to customers.
• Stay up-to-date with Microsoft certifications and contribute to internal capability building.
