Life Science Marketing Associate — Content & Design

Our Business Development & Sales team is looking for support!

We are hiring a Marketing Associate to help drive content creation and visual engagement for our drug discovery software platform. Ideally, you bring prior industry experience and a firm, sound understanding of the life sciences sector to seamlessly translate complex scientific ideas into compelling marketing. Our software solutions empower the world's leading pharmaceutical and biotech companies in their early research, helping them search large, complex datasets to find tomorrow's drugs. Our vision is to make the discovery and development of new drugs and treatments faster, more reliable, and more affordable.

The full-time equivalent (38.5 h) target compensation for this position ranges between €42,000 and €49,000 per year, depending on your experience and qualifications. The target compensation package for this part-time position (15–20 h) will be adjusted according to your qualifications, hours, and professional experience.

Your impact

• Content creation: passionately translate newsworthy developments of our drug discovery software platform into professional, industry-aligned content
• Visual marketing: design and visualize content for corporate presentations, marketing collateral, digital channels, and our website
• Event & material logistics: support the planning and preparation of industry conferences; coordinate the production of eye‑catching promotional materials and company goodies
• Brand storytelling: bridge complex technological concepts and engaging messaging to enhance brand visibility across the life sciences community
• Marketing expertise: minimum 3 years of professional experience or background in marketing within the Life Science, Biotech, or Pharma industry
• Graphic & tech savvy: strong creative design skills with an affinity for modern technology and AI‑driven design tools (e.g., Claude, design automation, or similar platforms)
• Copywriting & content creation: passion and flair for writing professional, engaging, and industry‑tailored content
• Domain passion: domain knowledge or a genuine passion for bioinformatics, biotechnology, or data visualization is a major plus
• Mindset: creative thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset, self‑starter approach, strong communication skills, and a collaborative team spirit
• Language skills: excellent command of English (German proficiency is optional/a plus)
