Job summary

Imerys Talc Austria is seeking a Cost and Production Analyst (CPA) – Plant Controller to ensure accurate standard costing, inventory valuation, and reliable financial reporting at site level. You will partner with local operations to manage monthly closings, capex analyses, and internal controls, driving cost efficiency and profitability of assets.

The role requires strong accounting knowledge (GAAP/IFRS), SAP S4Hana proficiency, and excellent collaboration across finance and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance and IFRS/GAAP knowledge.
• Experience with month-end closing, inventory and cost accounting.
• Strong analytical skills and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficient in SAP S4Hana, Excel and ERP reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage standard costing, inventory bookkeeping, and month-end close.
• Coordinate internal and external audits for inventories and fixed assets.
• Provide financial analyses to Site Manager and BA Hub Controller.
• Support budgeting, forecasting and monthly plant reporting.
